Woody Allen said, “eighty percent of success is showing up.” This couldn’t be more true. How many times do you feel like doing something else? How easy is it to not do something? Life is hard; so is doing something. The best part is that you don’t need to always do it well—you just need to do it.
We know that consistency is more important than intensity. Being consistent gets you to where you want to go. Success is not a straight line; it looks like this. It’s usually not quick or easy. That’s where consistency comes in.
It’s impossible to reach your goals without consistency. And being consistent starts with showing up. Do the hard thing first—show up. The rest is much easier.
